Advisory services to a domestic and international clientele. We invite you to join as an IT
Helpdesk Associate.

We look for an individual with experience gained in an IT Helpdesk role and in a multinational
environment to join our team.

Main responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Providing technical support to the firm’s colleagues in IT related issues
  • Responding to colleagues IT related questions, needs and inquiries while applying
    firm protocols and guidelines
  • Handling ad hoc requests via phone, e-mail, or face- to- face
  • Asset management
  • Covering related administrative tasks: registration of incoming requests, database
    administration
  • Supporting local-, area- and global- projects
  • Corresponding with our international IT teams

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience gained in a similar role
  • Advanced user level knowledge of MS Office, Smart phones, printers, computer
    security, networking and access rights
  • Helpful, outgoing personality
  • Attention to detail, efficient, able to prioritize, good follow-up and communications
    skills
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills in addition to fluent Hungarian
  • College degree is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes is advantageous
