Mid-Senior Web Developer (ChemAxon Kft.)

ChemAxon, a Hungarian scientific software company, is looking for extending its in-house web development team.

Location: Graphisoft Park, Budapest, Hungary

Your tasks will be:

• Maintain and upgrade the current www.chemaxon.com website
• Collaborate with different teams to redesign internal subsystems
• Influence web development workflows from idea to implementation
• Technical support for website users

You should bring to us:

• High motivation to learn, actively following latest trends and creativity with new technical possibilities
• BSc or higher degree in CS / IT related field or 2+ years of experience
• Solid PHP, JavaScript programming skills
• Familiarity with UX principles
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL language
• Good written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have skill-set, experience we appreciate:

• WordPress development
• PHP frameworks: Laravel, Symfony, etc.
• JavaScript libraries and frameworks: JQuery, AngularJS
• Tools: Git, Composer, Bower, Grunt/Gulp
• Design: RWD, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap/Foundation
• Website performance optimization, SEO and Google Analytics
