Our dynamically developing, prosperous spin-off company which is the global exporter of 3 dimensional real-time laser-scanning microscopes patented worldwide and is the developer of unique and modular systems is looking for a Service engineer-software tester.

Responsibilities

- Remote servicing of microscopes manufactured by the company, with a focus on software configuration
- Localizing software configuration errors and bugs
- Testing new software components
- Managing service issues
- Taking part in the manufacturing and configuration of new microscopes
- Demonstrating the usage of the microscope and the software
- Technical contribution to development and sales processes
- Users needs assessment and analysis

Requirements for employment

- Degree in science or engineering
- Advanced software troubleshooting and repair attitude
- A good command of English, written and oral
- Good intuition in technical topics
- High level of autonomy and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

The ideal candidate

- has a basic knowledge of MATLAB,
- has an affinity for electronics,
- has job experience in a related field.
